My name is Kazuo Shirakawa and I am President of the SENSEUP Corporation. We decided to combine two words, “sense” and “up” into one formed noun and use it as our company name.

Our strategy is to sense up everyone and everything to create a worthy enterprise.
Our principle is to have an inquisitive spirit to investigate any questions you have.
Our goal is to become an international company which is needed all over the world.

The main activities that we practice include the introduction of the employment, the recruitment of new people to the workforce, the introduction and the establishment of a networked system which involves foreigners and people who have interests in an international spectrum, especially with the help of Asian exchange students from an estimated number of 40 other countries who currently live in Japan.

I was working for a temp agency before and many foreigners came to our company for help as they were very motivated to get a job. Unfortunately, because of their language problems and the struggles of understanding the differences between different cultures, we could not help them in the best way we could. I was very disappointed and that disappointment led to my decision to establish the company which provides the service of dispatching foreign workers to Japanese enterprises.
