Our activity/ The main activities that we
practice include the introduction of employment, the recruitment
of new people to the workforce, the introduction and the establishment
of a networked system which involves foreigners and people who

Main aspect/ Registered foreign staff usually
have the qualification of Japanese Language Proficiency Test
above level 2 and they have also passed the test and interview
which are required at our company. At the interview and test
you have to complete written and listening test which has the
JLPT level of 2. We also provide you with seminars to teach
you about Japanese etiquette and culture that are needed when
you join the Japanese labour force. Moreover, we are looking
for highly motivated people whose goal is to go back to their
country and become successful in their enterprises.

The payment system has pay rise and pay reduction corresponding
to the work hours, attendance, ability and our assessment.
